  10. Replaces standard system requesters with ANIMATED requesters which you 
  11. can also attach different sounds to.  Works under 1.3 or 2.0.  Gives all
  12. the normal system requesters a nice new look.  Sound is added via an
  13. ARexx sound server utility, which can be used alone as well.
